Event Photography

How it works

All prices include my time on location, the processing of the images and travel to the event within Devon. Outside this area further charges will apply, you'll be notified at the time of your enquiry. 

We will have a free consultation before the event about styles, themes and planning. This can be face to face or via phone call if preferred.

A 50% booking fee will apply at the time of booking, with the remainder of the balance payable 2 weeks before the event.

If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before the photo shoot, the deposit will be refunded (minus any PayPal processing fees that have been incurred). If cancelled less than 21 days before the photoshoot, the booking fee will not be returned, unless the shoot is rescheduled for a mutually agreed time.

Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. An invoice will be emailed at the time of booking and again once the photographs are ready to be delivered.

The photographs will be delivered via digital download using We Transfer once the final payment has been received. The images can be supplied on a USB stick and delivered via Royal Mail for an additional charge of £25.00.

The edited images will be supplied as medium-sized jpg photos.
