Where does the photoshoot take place?
I offer remote services from my studio in Devon which means all you need to to do is ship your products to me and I’ll post them back after the shoot. Location shoots are available on request.
Do I need to provide my own props?
I have a selection of in house props that I use for my photoshoots. If you have any specific props/items you would like in the shoot then let's discuss it in the consultation to see if I can provide it.
How do I book a photoshoot?
Have a read of my photography packages and decide which might work best for you. Then head on over to the contact page and tell me about yourself and your business. I’ll be in touch shortly to arrange a consultation so we can book a date and start planning your shoot!
How long after the shoot will I receive the images?
You can expect to receive your images up to 4 weeks after the shoot day, depending on my current schedule. My normal turnaround time is 2 weeks. If you have a deadline for the images, please get in touch to book your shoot as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
A 100% booking fee will apply at the time of booking. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. An invoice will be emailed at the time of booking and again once the photographs are ready to be delivered.
How will I receive my images?
The photographs will be delivered via digital download using We Transfer once the final payment has been received. I will send easy instructions on how to download the images. The edited images will be supplied as medium-sized jpg photos. The images can be supplied on a USB stick and delivered via Royal Mail for an additional charge of £25.00.
